Shipping Policy
SmartBrainz aims to ship within the time agreed upon at purchase, but this will not be the same day as your order. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. We aim to deliver the items ordered within the chosen shipping time frame (2-5 business days / 5-8 business days). You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your "Spam folder" and see if you can locate it and mark “Not Spam” to receive the emails directly into your Inbox. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. There may by situations where an order has to be canceled. For example, an order may have to be canceled when:
1. Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
2. Risk identified by credit and fraud avoidance department
3. Inaccurate or insufficient address
4. Non-serviceable locations, etc
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the carrier may give you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
Important notes:
1. In case, if any product from the order gets canceled due to any reason like out of stock, end of life, restrictions etc. then we have the rights to process remaining products of the order.
2. If you didn’t receive your order within 30 days from purchase date, please contact us immediately. We might not accept the concern if received beyond this timeframe.
3. After receiving the shipment, In the rare circumstance if you find that your item has a defect or is missing from your order then you will have 24Hrs to inform us. Please contact customer service at estore@smartbrainz.com.
4. Refused delivery: In this case, we will try to return the shipment back to the origin and return shipping will be deducted from your Product cost. So your refund amount will be Product Cost – Return Cost = Refund Amount.
5. We have all the rights to cancel the order without any prior notice for any reason whatsoever.
Cancellation Guidelines:
Canceling your order for any personal reason, we have no questions asked policy, in that case:

If the shipment has not been Processed by the seller (i.e. within 4Hrs of placing Order). Which means, Order Status: Pending / Processing.
Cancellation requested lead to a deduction of 4.72% from the total amount of order.

Case 2 [Example]
If the shipment has been Processed from the seller. Which means, Order Status: Processed / Shipped / Complete.
Cancellation requested lead to a deduction of 9.44% in addition to shipping cost (if applicable) from the total amount of order.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to: bad weather conditions, customs delay, technical malfunction, holidays or festivals, natural disasters, other unforeseen circumstances.

- The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product (if applicable) that might be shipped if there's a problem with the original shipment.

Return Policy:
We have no questions asked return policy. We believe in 100% customer service and strive to please all buyers. We always do our best to take care of our valuable customers.
In the unlikely event if any product that you have purchased is damaged or incorrect then you may return your product. In order to return you will have 24Hrs to inform us. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to SmartBrainz in a resalable & unused condition. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories or free gifts within 7 days from the day it was delivered.
These categories cannot be returned:
1. Used or altered or not in the same condition and packaging as you received it.
2. Specific categories like Paper & Printable Media, Inks, Toner & Cartridges, Labels, Maintenance Kits, Consumables, and Other Supplies, etc.
3. Items which have been used or installed.
4. Products that have been tampered with or a missing serial numbers.
5. Products with missing labels or accessories or original packaging.
6. Digital products.
Important Notes:
1. If you received an item damaged or incorrect then we may request you to share Pictures or a video with the order Number. The link to upload Pictures and video will be given to you by us.
2. If you received an item damaged or incorrect then you will have 24Hrs to inform us and shipping company as well.
3. Make sure that all returned items has not been used or altered or tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original accessories, packaging, price tag and packing slip. On the box, please mention your order number.
4. Please make sure that all returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Refund Policy:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund or replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or you have not written order number on the package.
If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on payment gateway policies.
Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Partial Refunds:
